Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping Policy
  • Digital downloads are available immediately upon checkout unless otherwise stated.​ Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folder if it does not show up in your inbox within a few minutes. 

  • All nondigital items ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted. Most items ship USPS unless otherwise stated. All orders will have a tracking number.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once the package leaves our possession, it is then the responsibility of the shipping company.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your item(s). CMarie Quilts is not responsible for shipping times/delays through third-party shipping companies.

  • International orders: We currently do not ship international orders through our website. Please email to work with you on an international order. There will be additional fees applied.

Preorder Policy

Placing a Preorder means that you are reserving the item by paying for it up front before it is released or received from the manufacturer. It will be stated when to expect to receive the item in the listing. Please know that this is an estimated date and is subject to change. The arrival date is sometimes out of our hands. The item will ship or be emailed if it is a digital download once it is available. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email that you provided at checkout. Please make sure to enter a valid email address with no typos at checkout as this will be our only way to contact you.

Return Policy
  • CMarie Quilts does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancallations for any digitally downloaded items as they are available immediately.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable. They however can be exchanged for products in the shop.

  • Fabrics that are cut, washed, or altered by any means are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

  • To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in including the original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All refunds or exchanges must be emailed to within 14 days of purchase along with a reason of the issue or request. Sometimes CMarie Quilts will require pictures of said item(s).

  • Item(s) that are returned with no prior email, will not be subject to a return or exchange.

  • Item(s) must be shipped back immediately.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the customer's own expense.

  • We highly recommend shipping with a tracking number as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Item(s) that are not received are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to the approval of CMarie Quilts. CMarie Quilts can refuse any and all returns or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

CMarie Quilts will accept order cancellations of all non-digital items if a cancellation request is received via email at within 24 hours of purchase and the item(s) have not been shipped. If the item has been received by the shipping company, CMarie Quilts can no longer process a cancellation. Restocking fees might be applied.

Affiliate Links

CMarie Quilts sometimes uses affiliate links. These are products that we personally use, love, and highly recommend. We will never post a link to a product we do not personally recommend. If you click on an affiliate link and then proceed to purchase something from the affiliated website, we will receive a small commission. This is at no additional cost to you.
